Next Week ... 16th April 2012

Hello, hello everyone :-)

I trust you all had a wonderful Easter break!  We headed down to Meningie, on the shores of Lake Albert, for 6 days and had a wonderfully relaxing time. Here you can see the girls decorating Easter boxes for the Easter Bunny.  Plus having fun with Duct Tape and Beach Towels in a 40knot wind!!!

Got some really great shots over the weekend - can't wait to scrap them!  I taught the kids how to light paint with their torches...they had soooooo much fun!

This Saturday, 14th April, is the Easter Scrap'n'Roast!!!  There are still plenty of spots available as only 3 are booked in.  A great opportunity to catch up on your unfinished pages!  CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW
(This Scrap'n'Roast may be cancelled due to insufficient numbers...so book before it's too late!)

Bookings essential. Deposit of $10 at time of booking with the balance to be paid in full 7 days before the workshop.

Next Week's Workshop is ...

Break out those circle punches and circle cutters - you’re going to need them for this attack.  We are going to use up heaps of scraps cutting out heaps of circles to decorate our layout to the max!  There are 5 photos on this page, 1 landscape @ 4”x6” and 4 portrait @ 3”x4”.  You will need 2 patterned papers for your background, 1 12”x12” for contrast 1, 1 12”x12” for contrast 2, 2 ribbon pieces or border punch strips 12” long, plus heaps of scraps for lots of circles.  You will also need your basic tool kit, inks and a title.
**Don't forget you can also cut lots of circles with your Slice - from 1/2" to 4" or your Cricut - tiny to 11.5"!!!

As promised, here is the full photo of the last workshop, Layer upon Layer.  If you click on the photo it will open up larger.  Why don't you take a photo when your finished and post it on the Made by Mandy Facebook page??!!

That's all for this week.  Enjoy!
